About Chrome Dino Run
Chrome Dino Run brings back the little pixel dinosaur that millions of people know from Google Chrome. In the browser, that T. rex usually appears only when your internet connection drops. Here you can play a version of the same idea any time: a dinosaur runs across an endless desert, cacti come toward it, and you jump at the right moment to keep it alive.
One Click to Jump
The controls in Chrome Dino Run are as simple as they get. Click the left mouse button to jump. Every cactus you clear adds one point to your score. Mistime a jump and the run is over, so the game is all about rhythm and focus.
8-Bit Graphics and an Endless Desert
The game keeps the old school black and white pixel style that made the original so recognizable. There is no finish line, so each run lasts as long as your reflexes do. It is perfect for a short break, and very easy to say "just one more try".
Tips for a Higher Score
Watch the space between cacti rather than the dinosaur itself. Jump a little early for groups of cacti, since landing between two of them usually ends the run. Stay relaxed: tense players tend to click too soon.
Where the Original Lives
Google's own dinosaur game appears in Chrome when you lose your connection, and you start it by pressing the spacebar. Chrome Dino Run is a free browser game inspired by it, so you can play without unplugging anything.
You can play Chrome Dino Run online for free on Yup7 with nothing to download, on computers and Chromebooks with a mouse. More free arcade games are waiting on our Arcade Games page.
