Deadshot.io is a free multiplayer first person shooter that runs in your browser. Press Play and you drop straight into a match against real players, with nothing to install. When we checked, close to 2,000 players were online, so finding a game takes only seconds.

Quick Match, Private or Queue

The big Play button starts a quick match right away. Private lets you set up a game for you and your friends, and Queue puts you in line for a matched game. A recent update added a 2v2 mode, where teams of two face off, along with a quick chat system for fast callouts.

Challenges and Events

Deadshot.io has daily and weekly challenges that give you goals beyond simply winning, plus limited time events such as the current 2v2 event. Signing in with Google lets the game track your challenge progress and your place on the leaderboard.

Shop, Locker and Leaderboard

The menu has four main tabs besides Play: Settings, Shop, Locker and Leaderboard. The Shop and Locker are where you manage the look of your soldier and weapons, and the Leaderboard shows the top players. Settings lets you adjust the game to your computer and your taste.

Tips for New Players

Stay near cover, avoid running across open ground and reload when you are safe rather than in the middle of a fight. In 2v2, sticking close to your teammate so you can trade shots wins more rounds than splitting up.
