Hexanaut.io

Hexanaut.io is a free 3D territory game, a bit like Paper.io or Splix.io but built from hexagon tiles. You guide a little hexanaut around the map, loop your tail around tiles to claim them and grow your land. Up to 45 players share a server, and everyone is trying to grow while cutting each other's tails.

Claim Land With Your Tail

Leave your territory and your tail follows you. Return home and every hexagon inside the loop becomes yours. You are safe on your own land, but out in the open your tail is a weak spot: if another player touches it, you are out. Short, safe loops are often smarter than one huge risky one.

Become King

Totems on the map give passive bonuses when you capture them. Reach 20 percent of the map to become King, then hold that lead for three minutes or knock out every opponent to win the round. Being King makes you a target, so defend your borders.

Duo, Ranks and Weekly Rules

Team up with a friend in Duo mode through a party link, or play Free For All. Hexanaut.io has ranks from Copper up to Elite, leaderboards with badges and a Weekly mode where the rules change every week. A free account saves your stats and unlocks cosmetic skins.

Steering Your Hexanaut

Steer with the mouse, or use WASD or the arrow keys. Smooth, wide turns help you close a loop quickly and get back to safety before anyone reaches your tail.
