Kour.io

Kour.io is a free multiplayer first person shooter made by LXV. Its blocky, colorful look hides a fast and surprisingly deep game: lots of guns, lots of modes and short matches that are easy to start. It is often called one of the easiest browser shooters to pick up.

Plenty of Modes

Free For All and Team Deathmatch are the classic picks. Gun Game gives you a new weapon after every elimination, Hardpoint is about holding an area, and ParKour swaps shooting for jumping. MoonSnipe lowers the gravity for long sniper fights, and KourSurf is all about speed. Community modes such as KourCraft add even more variety.

Characters, Skins and KP

Eliminations and missions earn KP, which unlocks skins, crates, hats, characters and emotes. Nine characters are available from the start, and four more open up after your first ten eliminations. Clans let you team up with friends, and daily, monthly and all time leaderboards show who is on top.

Maps and the Map Editor

Kour.io has five main maps, and a server finder helps you pick a match. There is also a map editor for players who want to build their own arenas.

Keys and Mouse

Move with WASD and jump with the spacebar. Left click shoots and right click aims. Press Shift or C to crouch, E to dash, B to emote, F to inspect your weapon and 1, 2 or 3 to switch weapons. Esc pauses the game.
